I'm a co-founder of a 7-figure marketing agency.

I’m married and have 2 daughters (#GirlDad).

I’ve hired over 400 people worldwide on UpWork (formerly Odesk).

This is my blog where I share personal insights on marketing, psychology, and technology.

I've put in more than 20K hours into the study and action-taking of marketing companies online. According to the 10,000-Hour Rule, that makes me a subject expert.

I also talk about personal growth. You learn a lot working with so many different people, industries, and personalities.

Since I help companies scale, I am close to the money. This brings out a lot of emotions and gives me insights into how people think and make decisions.

I’ve helped over 55 companies grow with digital ads, bought 2 companies, and sold 1. I’ve taught over 100,000 people how to run Facebook ads and was the director of marketing for a $150 million dollar per year company. Which I think is pretty darn neat.
